She is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live healthy, happy, and independent lives through tailored nutrition care.

Bree has a unique ability to adapt her communication style to meet the diverse needs of her clients, including those who communicate in ways other than verbally. She skillfully integrates creative and individualised communication strategies to ensure that all clients can actively express their preferences, desires, and requests in their nutrition journey. With a patient and considerate approach, Bree fosters meaningful engagement, ensuring that her clients feel heard, respected, and involved in their care.

She incorporates Health at Every Size (HAES) and Non-Diet principles into her practice, prioritizing overall health and well-being rather than specific weight outcomes. Bree is committed to regular check-ins and ongoing adjustments to care plans, working closely with clients, families, carers, and support teams to develop practical and achievable nutrition strategies that align with their unique needs and lifestyles.

Outside of work, Bree enjoys staying active by going to the gym, playing hockey and touch football, visiting the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.

Bree is excited to continue empowering individuals with disabilities to make informed decisions about their nutrition and well-being, providing them with the tools, support, and communication strategies they need to thrive.
