Isabelle is an Accredited Practising Dietitian on the Optimum Intake Adult Disability Team.

Isabelle offers individualised nutrition support to NDIS participants with the aim of improving health, wellbeing and independence. Isabelle enjoys supporting participants with regular eating, developing a healthy and sustainable mealtime routine and building capacity to make healthy food choices.

Isabelle’s calm and caring nature allows her to build quality relationships with her clients and colleagues. She offers a comfortable and welcoming environment to all clients within Optimum Intake’s clinic rooms and is very respectful and approachable when attending sessions within her participants’ homes.

Isabelle adopts a health-at-every-size approach to her practice and prioritises improving the health and wellbeing of her clients. She enjoys developing individualised strategies to make the process of planning, preparing and eating nutritious meals more enjoyable. Isabelle emphasizes the importance of participant choice when developing nutrition strategies.

Isabelle enjoys being creative with developing solutions to improve nutritional intake and food variety through cooking, food exploration, food-fortification techniques and oral nutrition supplements (ONS). Isabelle also has experience in managing Home Enteral Nutrition (HEN). Isabelle advocates for her clients’ nutritional needs and regularly communicates with health professionals within the wider care team.

On the weekends Isabelle enjoys going out for coffee, exploring new restaurants and cooking for family and friends. She also loves spending time outdoors and taking her dog to the beach on a warm summer day.
